Searching for other blogs through Twitter:  Twitter is a great way to get some insight into other blogging websites such as Digg and similar sites.  This can be a great way to not only find other peoples’ blogs, but to link to them.  This way you can inform other people about their content.  By performing a search you can find so many other great blogs on the internet that can be linked to your Twitter.

22. Contests are fun to do on Twitter. Host an impromptu giveaway contest on Twitter. You can do this every day, every week, monthly, whenever you choose.  This is a great way of getting all of your followers to stay interested and engaged.  Freebies and giveaways are a great way of gaining new contacts.

23. Ask for feedback.  Don’t only always tell your followers what you’re doing via Twitter.  Try to ask your followers for their feedback or opinion on a topic.  This is a fantastic way to start a conversation and open up a forum for suggestions.

24. Colors do matter. Take a look at the color scheme of your Twitter page.  Does it look appealing?  Try to make your page look appealing to the eye and ensure that it fit’s the nature of your business.  For example, an ENVIRONMENT related Twitter page wouldn’t make the use of blacks and brown.  It’s main colour would me green.  Choose colours that fit your niche and style.

25. Fonts are also Important. The fonts you use for the main Twitter page should also fit the theme of the business or page.
